San Telmo in Meyers Place, they have a big open charcoal grill/bbq and the meat is amazing and the chef is pretty famous from what I can gather.- VDL_Piper

Is This Normal?
Plum Pudding is a Balkan so perhaps try Mac Baren Balkan Blend. Its a ribbon cut but has a full flavour profile like Plum Pudding sans the Perique- VDL_Piper

We have an Argentine restaurant in Melbourne and I always go there (be there next month) and the food is just superb. The Pork Jowls (Mejilla de Cerdo), Lamb Rump (Cordero) are very good but I really like their charcoal roasted cabbage with pickled pear (Repollo)- VDL_Piper

I feed kibble, have too so they get enough protein and energy as I have working dogs who typically cover around 50km per day moving cattle. With regard to the meat/bone, well nutrient is removed and a dogs gut is designed to handle raw meat, bone, fur et al with none of it cooked. Cooked bone...- VDL_Piper
