4noggins order stuck for 12 days
An order with 4noggins went without sending for 4 day, ok perhaps a local problem, an email went unanswered but order despatched. Now 13 days later it is stuck at GlobalPost. GlobalPost haven’t answered my email, and needless to say neither has 4Noggins. You do wonder what 4Noggins think of...- wales smoker

US flakes I can try
A few months ago I discovered what a huge choice US pipe smokers have. So I thought I'd try some. Postage to UK is huge but it is still cheaper than the UK price. My usual brands are:- Erinmore, UV Flake, Marlin Flake, Hal o the Wynd, St.Bruno Flake; GH Aromatic Brown Flake. So I have so far...- wales smoker

From memory he used a bowl shaped stick, I imagine it was some sort of treacle, in fact I always give any new pipe I buy a thin coat of treacle. I find it gets rid of the initial burn briar taste. Thanks to all the kind welcomes.- wales smoker
