I have Bob,
I talk it up every time I'm in there.
I have even spoken to Skip's wife.
There is a smoking contest coming up on the 10th of April.
I'll talk it up then as well.
I think everybody here and Skip would benefit.
He's a bit old school.

Sapo,
Absolutely,
Just let me know when you're coming.
We'll smoke some bowls and have a few jokes at Skip's expense.
not one of mine but it is a very interesting pipe.
Hey!
Here's my collection: http://s830.photobucket.com/albums/zz228/teixeira_vh/TAD/My%20Pipes/
For now...lol
Vitor
Nice collection Vitor! I still dig that Sara Eltang you picked up!
Vitor,
I agree with Bytor. I love that poker.
The Cavicchi's are great as well.
You can't go wrong with a Cavicchi.
Double post...
Vitor
Very nice!
Vitor, Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiccccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeeee
Last week I was at McCranies and I could not stop staring at this pipe. So today I was in McCranies and again I could not stop staring at it and soooo.......
it is a Mastro Beraldi.

Nice pipe Ghost!
Nice catch Ghost! Love the contrasting finishes on that one!
Sweet pipe ghost.
And so the story begins of the first smoke and the decisions it will help you make and the stories it will tell in time . Very nice pipe Ghost
Real nice looking pipe! The semi rusticated look works well .
That is beautiful, Ghost. How does she smoke?
I think we can blame it Ghost now.
Very nice pipe.
It smokes the way a pipe should smoke. It stays pretty dry, the bowl does not get very hot, and smokes extremely cool. The bowl is deep and narrow, and the pipe sits perfectly in my mouth ( it is a good clench-er ). I love this Pipe!
Nice pipe Ghost!
Frog Morton.
Porshcigar, I think you meant to post that in this thread, lol

Another ebay estate Dunhill I picked up a couple weeks ago that I have been working on. A 1967 Group 2 Root Briar. The stem wasn't quite as bad as the Bruyere I restored before...but the inside...ewww. I don't think the previous owner believed in pipe cleaners...it was NASTY.

Looks great Bytor. What did you get those for on ebay? I think you said once but I cn't find it. In any case nice catch and nice work.
Vitor: How big is the bowl and chamber on that Sarah Eltang?
Ghost: Far out pipe man. Nicely Done! Who will be the next PAD vicitm? These 2 threads are becoming quite mingled.
Phil was up late eying a horn(ish).
The first two ('75 Shell & '67 Bruyere), I picked up for $190 shipped (total).
This last one ('67 Root Briar), I picked up for $110 shipped.
Total cost $300 for three Dunhills!
As for the threads getting intermingled...I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner!

Jonesing: If you liked my Sara Eltang, you surely will digg this one:

I did!
Yeah it's cool. I kinda vacillate on bamboo.
This one's pretty cool too.
I think the "Rustic Poker" is pretty sweet! But I found myself looking at the one Jonesing posted too!
Jonesing,
In the past, I used to see Geiger pipes listed under "Love Geiger". I always thought that was a far-out name for a brand of pipe.
It never occurred to me that Love was someone's first name.
Mr. & Mrs. Geiger do make some beautiful pipes.
Yes I was eyeballing a pipe last night... Now I have to find the money! By the way, I was really working, that's why I was up...
Mario Grandi's Showroom.
There is a few that I would LOVE to have... The pipes that I like the best are in the first minute of the video. (1st Video)
The one he is smoking is a "MONSTER"! What is that, a half a pound of tobacco? He looks like a dragon blowing smoke...
I normally am not a fan of bamboo shanks but the pipe he was smoking is gorgeous! Phil , I think it only holds about 50 grams LOL!
That's called an all day smoke!
I'm with Arthur on this one. I'm not a big fan of bamboo shanks.
But, I have to admit some of the bamboo shanks do look good.
He obviously into hefty pipes.
It's a wonder he didn't sprain something lifting that "Big Bamboo".
