Sometimes, nothing beats plain old pimento spread on two slices of bread with hot sauce and a pickle on the side.

Dudley, I use that for crackers...
I usually put the pimento spread on crackers too, just sometimes on a sandwich.
My favorite way to eat them on crackers is with a little bit of ground habanero and hot sauce. Plus a bite of pickle here & there. Townhouse or a good whole wheat cracker are much better than saltines.
I was chopping the dried habaneros on a cutting board with a chef's knife until I took a McCormick peppercorn grinder apart and stuck pieces of dried pepper in it.
Saltines are for soup... and your a gluten for punishment with Habaneros... I like spice, but a little at a time!
Tuna Salad with Chicken Noodle Soup or Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup... I'm getting hungry!

Fluffernutter: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"A fluffernutter is a sandwich made with peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Its name comes from the common use of "Marshmallow Fluff" brand marshmallow creme.[1] It is particularly popular in the Northeastern United States and has been proposed as the official Massachusetts state sandwich.[2]
A fluffernutter is made by spreading peanut butter on a slice of white bread, then spreading an equal amount of some kind of marshmallow (small, large or cream) on another slice, and finally combining them together to form a sandwich. Variations of the recipe include wheat bread instead of white, and the addition of bananas, honey, or other ingredients that are compatible with peanut butter.
In June 2006, Massachusetts State Senator Jarrett Barrios gained national attention when he proposed legislation restricting the serving of fluffernutter sandwiches in public schools. The proposal was widely mocked as an example of trivial and overly intrusive legislation, while Barrios supporters pointed to concerns over the problem of childhood obesity.[3]"

Mustard and potato chip, two pieces of white bread with yellow mustard, sprinkle of black pepper and SMASHED regular potato chips… (This is a poor man’s meal, but boy is it good)
That's about the only type of sandwich I will eat in the summer when I'm working Phil.
It's not even bad if you DON'T have tater chips... It works in a pinch...
Bob, I use to eat a lot of "Liverwurst" as a kid, I don't have the "taste" for it anymore, but I must say, it was good then.
Fried egg and brown mustard!
My Grandpa use to eat fried egg, peanut butter on toast... made us kids gag when he would do that!
Now fried egg (almost hard, but still runny yokes) on wheat toast with American cheese, thin sliced ham and real mayo... That's a great "sanmich"!
Sliced bread, any kind will do, a big glop of mashed taters between them, smothered in any flavor of gravy that you want (this is for the poor days when there is NO meat) ... is this still a sandwich if you can’t eat it with your hands, why yes it is!
Sandwich: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"A sandwich is a food item consisting of two or more slices of bread with one or more fillings between them,[1] or one slice of bread with a topping or toppings, commonly called an open sandwich. Sandwiches are a widely popular type of food, typically taken to work or school, or picnics to be eaten as part of a packed lunch. They generally contain a combination of salad vegetables, meat, cheese, and a variety of sauces. The bread can be used as is, or it can be coated with butter, oil, mustard or other condiments to enhance flavor and texture. They are widely sold in restaurants and cafes."
Since you are talking about 'Potato Chip Sandwiches', try putting some potato chips on a bologna sandwich with mustard and cheese. It's great!

Thick fried Bologna, thick slice of white onion, with jallipenos and chinese mustard (hot) on white bread toast.
