This is the only "respectable" smoke shop in town. There are 3 other "smoke shops" but they are off-limits to military personnel due to some of the other products they sell.
Cactus Spirits has a small selection of very good blends ranging from a very popular sweet aromatic mocha to a nice rich & smooth English style blend.
Much better than having to settle for Captain Black or the big bargain bags!
