In truth, damaged beyond belief - slight motorcycle mishap left me paralyzed below mid-chest 36 years ago, in later life it has caught up with me, with severe sepsis on several occasions, bowel cancer surgery and near death a few times. 'Tis but a scratch. Although bedridden much of the time nowadays, still independent, steal time to enjoy a pipe when I'm up in my wheelchair, fearlessly anticipating The End. Funny game, life.
