Cherry Pipe Tobacco by Smoker Friendly

I just read the description. Rose and violet. I am not a fan of florals. I call those "granny purse". Same with Lakeland pipe blends. For snuff I am a menthol/eucalyptus/camphor, citrus or vanilla kind of guy. As for pipe tobacco, I like most all, save straight Virginias, and the dreaded...

That is something i could do. They still blend Dr. Schuerman's Blend. The OPS superintendent from the 1980s- 90's. I can always use more of that.

Not to my knowledge. I have agreed to help UNL's Dr. Ferraro out April 20-22, tracking some reptiles at the Niobrara Prairie Preserve. That's as close as I'm getting to the Panhandle in the near future. I can wish you a very happy Easter though. John, south of Plattsmouth

I didn't even know there was a Celtic Talisman pipe tobacco. I've been using the snuff for a couple of years. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick response. I figured as much. I searched for longer than I wanted, to find that online. I'm doing a restorations of a Marxman and wanted to add it to the blog. If you are okay with me using this thread and copying the image. Of course, giving you credit.

Can anyone tell me about this brand: Winthrop?

Can anyone tell me about this brand: Winthrop?

I am sure that there are folks out there who can enlighten me about Winthrop. I got this as part of an estate lot. Relatively thick walls, screw in tenon (similar to a Kaywoodie without the 3 or 4 holes), saddle stem. Photos of pre-restoration. No mention of it in pipehi.eu nor pipedia.org...

Regarding the Coloring of Algerian Briar

I wondered if that was you who picked that pipe up. I thought about buying it every day for about a week. When I saw it sold I thought, "whew, I guess my sister will get a present at Christmas."
