So...Anyone Out of Toilet Paper Yet?

I work for a large paper manufacturing company...towels and toilet paper. We have significantly ramped up production at our facility. It's just going to take time to restock stores and then after that the warehouses that typically feed those stores.

    Your Least Favorite Tobacco

If I were a millennial (no offense, millennials) I'd be triggered and look for a safe space. But I'm not...I guess I'm just a big fan of constipated swan farts. Go Royal Yacht!!

Royal Yacht (It's Current Iteration) Aging Potential

The longest I've aged Royal Yacht is around 6 months. I've got about 20 tins on hand. I can't say I've noticed anything I could relate to aging doing a tin vs tin comparison. BUT the first tobacco out of a newly opened tin tastes more rich and full to me than what may have been sitting in a...

Reissued Dunhill Blends vs Old Dunhill Blends

You should try it again. I heard through the grapevine that the Peterson line tastes TOTALLY different than Dunhill.

Reissued Dunhill Blends vs Old Dunhill Blends

I kinda love Royal Yacht. And I’m not ashamed (maybe just a little off kilter). It’s my deepest cellared and most often smoked.

Do You Smoke More Or Less In Fall And Winter?

I live in Oklahoma and smoke outside so I think it all averages out. 105 deg during the summer is not fun. 20 deg in the winter is no bueno. Our weather changes so fast so I just take advantage when I can. This past Sunday it was 73 degrees in the afternoon. Monday it was 23.

On The Hunt For Sweet Plus Fig Or Plum

Royal Yacht is my everyday smoke. I love the stuff but maybe I’m not quite right in the head. To me, it’s more raisin than plum and that’s primarily in the smell...not necessarily the taste.

An Observation on John Cotton’s Double Pressed Virginia

I've found that if I dump the ash with anything then the initial few draws afterwards are sour. Don't know why. When I first started smoking a pipe I was struggling with that...read somewhere that tamping the ash will keep that from happening.

    Pipesandcigars.com are Enablers ;)

Actually, I read it several times but my MISTAKE was not slowing down to be thorough. Getting sideways means to become aggressive which is what I’m reading into your reply. I’ll try to live up to your expectations next time. Go smoke a bowl, have a drink and relax, friend.

    Pipesandcigars.com are Enablers ;)

Gotcha buddy. I was strictly paying attention to the thread title and missed that last line. No reason to get sideways. I'm guessing you make mistakes as well from time to time.

    Pipesandcigars.com are Enablers ;)

I'm confused. When you look at the left side of the page, it shows the aforementioned online store as being a site sponsor. Am I missing something?

    SG Lakeland Dark

Hi all. I was FINALLY able to buy 5 tins of SG Lakeland Dark several months ago. I'm a fan of 1792 and based on the description I figured I'd give it a whirl. Turns out, I really enjoy it. Of course I like the blends that are hard to find and I've been unable to find it since. Most sites...
