Thanks, I like the XL02 and 306 also. I already have an XL90 and it is one of my favorite pipes. I want something that is similar to that in size. Peterson get a lot of flac for their quality control, and deservedly so, but I have had about 60 pipes by various makers and I am down to 12...- shane1

Thanks! They have an XL02 which looks similar. They also have a 306. Any idea how they compare in size; either to each other and/or the XL90?- shane1

I am interested in buying a Dracula Sandblasted (XL90) Fishtail (9mm) but I am unable to find one? Are there any places that will modify a non filtered pipe to accept 9mm filter?- shane1

Getting back into Pipes - my "Newbie Trial Selection"
When I first started, I had tongue bite BAD. I would have to take a few days off to recover. Now that I use 9mm filters, I have not experienced it again. I believe most of that is due to the filter. Some may be more experience. Either way, I hope the filter will help. Vauen‘s are great pipes.- shane1

Will Cob Pipes Accept 9mm Filters?

Just wondering. I know they can usually take a paper filter, but can anyone tell me if they will accept a 9mm charcoal filter like Dr Perl Jr?
