Years ago I procured a fairly large batch of Squadron Leader and out of 10 tins 2 released seal after about 1 year of storage so I Jarred the 2 that opened and Food Saver bagged all the rest…..years later they are all sealed with on fermentation gas off...

    Finally Scratched The Morta Itch

    I haven't had great luck with Morta pipes either I purchased two of them .The first developed a hairline crack at the end of the stummel ,the second one (also an Askwith) so far is intact. I just don't think that the Bog Oak is that stable. Great look, smoke well but too fragile for me.
