Just a Connecticut Yankee from New England getting back into the pipe hobby after a long hiatus. I fell in love with pipes and "pipe weed" thru reading the works of J.R.R. Tolkien and was given my first pipe by me Granddad at 8 (so I could be a hobbit just like in me favourite book) but didnt start smoking the tobacco until college in me 20's. Over the years I have picked a few pipes and recently discovered leather wrapped Longchamp pipes which have become me 2nd favourite after the acorn shaped pipe.
