I’m not sure if this is what you are asking, but here is one which is with a pipe from 1928. I have also seen that Dunhill the white spot logo in the inside of a case of an older pipe, I forget where though, maybe one of Todd’s listings??

Edit: memory is a funny thing. I was certain that the original drop was X/400 gold mounted pipes, followed by X/1000 silver mounted ones, and then 1000 unnumbered, so 2400 in total.
