    Pipe ID HELP, **EL Brand/Make?

    Hey folks. Picked this up from a retired gentleman whose dad was into pipes. Tried to take a pic of the only lettering on it, and cant make out what it is. Any help is appreciated. Also, is that white collar part of the pipe, or did the stem snap off? It came from the guy w/o stem. Thanks
