Dry January?
My wife and I did a dry January last year and are planning one again this year. It serves as a nice reset after an over indulgent holiday season. I plan on upping the exercise and water intake. Possibly going back on a keto diet. Anyone else planning on it? Any best practices?- Buckeyestime
