CPH Meerschaums

Does anyone have any information on who manufactured CPH pipes? NOT CPF. CPH. I have two antique Meerschaums with manufacturers 'warranted meerschaum' seals in the cases with CPH in them. I've done as much research as I can online and haven't been able to come up with anything.

This is one of the CPH pipes. It's seen some repairs and dings, but it's got character.
