Here are a couple more pipes I picked up recently. The first one is a good looking pipe but I don't know anything about it. It looks like a meer. It has a P on the shank but it does not look like a Pete. In the same shop I found a case that said Pioneer block meerschaum, the pipe fits it like a glove but was not with the pipe. The second I don't have a clue, not a marking one. Any help is greatly apprecaited.

The top stem is definitely a Pioneer. The bottom one may be as well.

I'm curious about that dublin. Does it have a metal screw tenon? I'd like to know if Pioneer made meers with those. I know they made a buttload of meerschaums back in their heyday in the 50s and 60s, but I didn't think they made any like that. But I'm by no means an expert on Pioneer.

For me figuring out who made meerschaums can be awfully maddening, since it seems like a lot of companies never put any kind of marking on them.
Nice find though. That dublin looks super clean.
