Hole 19*30-32mm
Weight 30÷45gr
Leight:9.5-11cm

Prefer unsmoked or smoked with care and only virginia blends.

Can anyone help to find it?

It may be difficult locating something that small. I have this unsmoked piece if you are willing to go larger.

I don't think I've ever even heard of a pipe that small. The smallest pipe I've ever physically seen was gifted to me by its carver and while tiny, no where near as small as you're looking for.
