My Savinelli 'Club' Sterling Silver Band 614 estate?

Good morning gents,

I've recently received a new pipe to add to my collection...an estate Savinelli Club Sterling Silver Band 614 (images added, naturally ).

It was in excellent shape, and with about an hours cleaning it was in superb smoking condition (it smokes wonderfully BTW).

However, after a brief search online I'm unable to find anything on the Savinelli 'Club' range/series of pipes. Can any of you kindly members offer any information, dates, prices etc., on thus Club series of pipes? I'd love to know more.

I can't help you with what the Club line is, but you did a good job cleaning that one up. The stem on that looks great. Ebay?

Ebay it was - the stem is a vulcanite Cumberland. Did look a little 'matt' but with some mineral oil and a buff it's got a bit of a 'satin' sheen to it now
