I'm waiting for an offer from SP on several estate pipes that I wasn't smoking, for store credit during this month when they propose to pay 5% more than usual. In trying to figure out what I'd order if I accept the offer, I've found a series of pipes, some offered in multiples of the same pipe, in hopes of having one left by the time I hear back. Probably because of the promotion, it will take them longer than usual. I'm keeping a weather eye on my picks, and it gives me an opportunity to tweak my thoughts about my choice.

100 Euro plus 20% VAT?here it was 75,-USD minus 10% plus 6% state tax free shipping,,,They make it in Europe but it is more expensive there than here in the US,,Thats the price Europe is paying for socialism ...let me know how it smokes...I will not be able to get mine until april...Got it shipped to different state..

You're right, but the 100 includes the VAT. Shipping plus VAT would have made slightly more expensive to get it from America.

What is an 'offline' order?

When checking out, choose the "Offline Order" option for the payment method. When you have one or more orders ready, just message them to have them combined and then free shipping will be applied (if applicable), your on file card will be charged (or you can call it in), and the the order(s) will ship together. I've done this in the past to hold an estate pipe that jumped out at more and one time for a special release tobacco. Easy peasy.
