I have some global first class stamps that I haven’t used for a few years. I’d like to send a “letter” to someone that would get the greatest enjoyment from it.

I haven't heard the words 'pen pal' in many years.....a sign of the times I suppose.

Back in the 70's my sisters were pen pals with some cousins in Melbourne but I never bothered myself.

That's the way! I've wondered many times how is this not a thing. Not only to help smokers in near prohibition situations, but also to routinely exchange tobaccos that are available or cheaper in other latitudes. I'm open to that if someone's up for it.
