This link may help you. I believe Edward's also makes stencil pipes for various house brands, like Iwan Ries, etc.

I think it is the same shop on which Kevin did a cover story, Edward's Pipe & Tobacco, back in April, 2009

jchap - I have several Edward's pipes, and one of them is marked just like your pic. The first Edward's I got was at their store in Englewood CO, and it is one of the greats, with full service for pipers, including buffing. They have one of the best tin selections I have ever seen. The pipe itself is a bent Dublin, and I liked it so much I scoured EBay for more.

I will second that Edwards in Colorado is a great B@m. I didn't realize it was a chain store. I ahve a couple of their pipes and they are pretty good for the money.
