I've looked all through pipephil and haven't seen anything remotely similar. Definitely has factory numbers.
Maybe a prototype or personal run. Likely will never know.

It does actually look like a jump ring (partially because of the split) that's been embedded; you can see the higher point of the wire sitting high in relation to the areas where the ring meets the stem at the inside and outside of the circle. You'd think a logo would most likely be joined and be flush with the stem. I'll continue to keep my eyes peeled for another pipe with this "logo."
