Edit: No all caps please. You had "29n" in the title- no idea what that means.

I just picked this pipe up today on eBay. There was a post on here that suggest that all Sasieni Royal Stuart pipes that have an enter-twined R S was probably pre 1979. Anyone have any more info on this pipe. I may have paid too much but I really liked the grain and shape and from the picture I think it should clean up nice.

I didn’t either. But I saw this post on here so I thought I would ask if someone knows more about this particular line. Guess it really doesn’t matter. Just curious and thought it would be a good talking point.

I can't tell you much about the pipe, but I think it will clean up really well, especially that rim.
I think it cleaned up great. Smoking it for the first time now. I wasn’t paying attention when I was cleaning the stem and the logo is now almost gone. All well I guess. I didn’t buy it as a collector. So far smokes great. It has a stinger that I pulled out. I now use white acrylic nail polish, but those Sasieni 2nd line stem stamps are very shallow and difficult to retain.
Ya I noticed when I received it the logo was barely there. I wasn’t sure is this was the way they come, a result of past buffing, or both. Sounds like they were shallow to begin with. Thanks.
