Connecticut (shade leaf tobacco country)
I'd recommend getting some dark air-cured as well for balancing that flue-cured. You don't need any casing.
I never case with anything but water. I have occasionally used honey water for some bright and yellow straight blends or when I have to use more DAC than I want but it's rare. DAC is the key. Or even Perique. Either will balance it. You could offset a bit with red orange but DAC is best. Smoke some straight first then add DAC a little at a time to adjust. Each batch I've found is a bit different. I don't know about WLT. I hear they have great tobacco. Im local to leafonly so I just drive and pickup. Just grabbed a bunch of organic yellow, bright and DAC for a batch.
