Latest Meerschaum Pipe Save.

My good friends at Barclays Pipe, Tobacco and Cigars let me dig through the boxes of estate pipes (and pieces) when they come in so I can get first dibs before being sent out for restoration and sale.

This one started out pretty nasty but I saw promise.

So I bought it, cleaned it up and then gave it to Tim West a very talented pipe carver and restorer to bring my vision to life.

Incredible smoke and I am pretty sure that I can honestly say that this is a one of a kind

It was really a piece of filth when I bought the bowl for $12.50

With what I paid for new shank,new fancy connector to new tourtous shell stem, I think I am all in at $70.

But the important thing is that it has a wide open draw and offers an incredible smoke!

I just had a vision and a credit card and he brought the project to life as only he could have!

Thank you and all the others for your most kind words! I am a complete sucker for Churchwarden Pipes especially vintage Meerschaum one's. BTW, this smoke's like a DREAM.

Just for Grin's and Giggles, would anyone here like to put forth an idea as to how much this pipe is worth?

Also not sure if this is carved block or pressed Meerschaum,..?
