Add North Carolina to the list. We need to start pushing back in 2010 and try to get some of our rights and choices back!

We wouldn't have this problem if they would ban stupidity. The roads would be a lot less crowded too.
The last sentence sums up how this is colossally stupid.
"Personally," said Satisfaction owner Staton Ellis, "I'm not going to miss walking through the smoke."
Hello!?!?! Moron! You own the freakin' place!
Forget about smokers and non-smokers, blah, blah, blah.
Here is the way it SHOULD be.
If you own a place, YOU and only you the OWNER gets to decide if smoking is allowed.
Then, you advertise which type of place it is.
Smoking Establishments = smokers go here.
Non-smoking establishments = non-smokers go here.
A kindergartner could figure that out, but society overall cannot.
WTF!?!?

It amazes me that in this day and age it seems that most people need to be told what to do and how to live their lives or else they are lost.
That makes the rest of us normal and responsible people getting screwed by the nannies.

The same thing happens in Spain, are to approve a law banning smoking in all public places including bars, restaurants, any public place, no smoking

I can't wait to see how long it will be before they try to ban drinking in bars too....
