Here's an example of the company's dysfunction.
As you know, CI and P&C are housed under the same roof, share administrative functions and both are wholly owned by Scandinavian Tobacco Group. I got an email from CI last week stating that I owed them money, and if I didn't pay up fast, they'd cancel my account. Well, it took four or five emails back and forth for me to determine that they had never processed the payment for something that I had ordered (and they promptly delivered) back in December. While a company that values it's customers would either write off the loss, or send an apologetic email with a kind request for payment, CI chose to send a dunning notice to try and cover for their error.
I will think twice before ordering anything from them again.
