I cleaned the peterson with the hot water and it’s smoking great after a good few days. Salt treatment question
So i did a salt treatment on 2 pipes and used salt in the shank and ofc the bowl. So will they never smoke sweet? i read more and seen ur supposed to block the shank first?- ZaysPiping

Okay so do u have ur airway open when u puff on the pipe like ur breathing? because I could retrohale easy and the taste of the bacco is way better. I was closing off my throat and pulling from the pipe and couldn’t retrohale was I smoking the pipe wrong this whole time? 😅- ZaysPiping

Update: I ended up backing out of getting a 305 and got the 312 st patty’s 2024 and having it should be a cool memory in the future. Bought a Elf Cobbit as well, my next pipe in a few months will probably be a Savinelli 320 alligator blue.- ZaysPiping

I ended up looking around back and forth between the 312, settled on the 305. I found my next pipe by looking so much. I can already see how easy it’s to start collecting pipes(rip my wallet because, I’m also trying to start a cellar asap to build age).- ZaysPiping
