In my experience prices are better at smokingpipes.com (and practically everywhere else online) for MM pipes than direct from Missouri Meerschaum. I've yet to order from MM directly. Also, $18.56 CAD is roughly $13.66 USD- Rex_D

Yeah the bowl is made from a real corn cob. Right now I use nothing but cobs, they are tremendous value and smoke exceptionally well, hard to believe they are often just as good or better than an expensive briar pipe but they are. -

What Kind of Pipes do you Like and Why?
I like cobs for everyday smokes. Thought i liked churchwardens and other long pipes but found I'd smack them on the doorframe or something else when clenched and while walking around. Now my preference is for shorter pipes, nosewarmers etc. This is a terrific pipe.- Rex_D

Yes. I don't mind paying the taxes when its fair, but its extremely arbitrary how tobacco is assessed by Canada customs agents. The assessments are usually obscene amounts. They incentivize tax evasion with their outrageous amounts. If I had to rely exclusively on tobacco bought at local B&M's...- Rex_D
