I need a lil' help or any info. I found a little bit out there on the dub dub dub, but not a lot and not enough to put it on the mantle (just yet). It seems like a neat find, the silver work alone is WOW factor X10. It appears maybe some work in the past, some rough stuff on the shank, maybe a re-stain, and some stem bit area issues. I caught an edge on the buffer causing the light spot on the shank. :(

Is anyone an Amber expert or know if my thinking is correct on or about 1900? It has a split at about ONE on the clock dial, so I am not smoking it - it would only be for a display or maybe somebody down the road will appreciate it. Thanks all.

Anyone know if there is a way to turn the amber back to orange up near the bit?
