Its the same size and cost of my old dorm, and hardly smaller than what I do now -- pretty sure I could do it, but I'd rather not.
Of course I hate New York too so. . ..

Thats not much bigger than the wifes closet (80 sq ft) - and much smaller than my family tent; although I grant you it's somewhat ridiculous, at around 350 sq ft. Based on what I charge the guy downstairs rent, the closet is worth about $2/sq ft; and the tent was a real steal at around $0.80/sq ft (got to love close outs!).

Totally insane! I pay under four hundred a month on the mortgage for my three bedroom farmhouse on a full acre.

My TRUCK has more space! I can't imagine doing this, I need some space to stretch out. Plus, just one pipe and you wouldn't be able to see across the room!
