A first for me. Northern lights. Interesting view of my rotary clothes line with sock holder.
To the naked eye, I can't see anything but black and stars. But the camera has picked it up.
My nephew a few miles away also caught it.

I’ve never seen them myself, unfortunately, but on a flight over the Pole to Moscow a few years back, the guy in the row ahead of me captured them on his camera while I was asleep. He showed me some spectacular shots when I woke up.
