My side yard is a mess. There is a 16' Grumman aluminum canoe resting on two I-beam saw horses I built from 2x4s and 20d nails straddling a Model T rear axle with a support propping up the backyard fence thrown in for good measure, all overgrown with weeds (fire hazard!) I've already cleared away most all the weeds and the saw horses are pretty well rotted out.
My goal is to get the canoe out and onto a new support system and get the Model T axle over to the other side yard to rejoin the frame and front axle, clear out the remaining weeds and volunteer saplings all the while keeping the fence from falling over as I'll need to temporarily remove the support brace to move the axle.
So far today I've pried apart one of The rotten saw horses and it's already getting too hot for this ol' boy.

If I can start moving the canoe out of the side yard and break down the other saw horse today ,I think I'll be doing good.
We'll see.
