Five Brothers Date Code Interpretation?

I have just received a new pouch of Five Brothers, and under the barcode it says: LEWL2GCEvHREIXDSdE, and underneath, 22101719.

If this was a Mac Baren tin, this would mean 6/20/2010, but I doubt smokingpipes.com sent me a decade old burley.

So: when was this pouch manufactured?

I don't know, and TBH this is the first time I've heard of someone trying to date 5 brothers.

Five Brothers is manufactured by STG so first 2 digits correspond to the manufacturing year.
