While it certainly never gets too cold to go outside here, the inverse is true! Just last month there were days when the temperature hit 37 deg C. The weather this year has just been a bit weird, yes on a whole I'd agree we do get to spend more time out.
Unfortunately, 37degrees is warm here in Fahrenheit for several months (Dec.- Feb.). I don't know Celsius well, but 37 seems pretty hot! Hopefully it cools a bit in the evening. Being a motorcyclist, I prefer hot temperatures and don't complain until we get over 100 F - right at your 37 C. On a motorcycle it is not too hot with 75 MPH winds. I suppose you don't have many long interstate highways in Malaysia? (Yes, I do realize how stupid that question is)

That is cold!! Yes, it does get slightly cooler. It feels pretty stuff as this is a humid country though.
When moving around or indoors it's not too bad here, everyone just has the air-conditioning on. But I imagine the wind would feel good on your bike!
We do have highways! The longest being the North South expressway which runs on the West coast from (no surprise) north to south and is about 772km long. Which I imagine is not that long compared to what you guys have over there.
