KBV Bags for Long Term Storage

I see on their website that it says the bags they ship in are good for “short term or long term storage”. Can anyone say from personal experience how long they’ve stored blends in the bags while keeping everything in primo condition? Thanks!

They're heavy duty Mylar. If not heat sealed, they certainly can be, and would be fine for long term storage.

Friends have suggested to me a couple of years should be no problem, and perhaps much longer still.

I’m still trying to figure out which vacuum sealer and which mylars to buy. But, when I do a search for KBV mylar, I just get regular mylar google results. Is KBV a brand or a type of bag?
