A while back I stoved some McBarens Navy Flake. And posted about the said disaster.
But 'toasted' is closer to the mark. It looked absolutely finished. For some reason I didn't chuck it out. (Thankfully!)
However, I used a few pieces of potato peel, and got it back to the land of the living.
Indeed, it is now a wonderful smoke. Like something that's ten years old. Smooth, rich, & deep. Bonus points!
Accordingly, it is labelled on the jar, Lazarus Navy Flake!
