I picked up this little pipe stand at a flea market and started to sand and polish. I don’t really display my pipes, but bored, and it’s cold and snowy out… It’s a Lord Chesterfield w/amber glass humidor in walnut, I believe. I might stain it black?

Nice! My mom is into country decor and would go to rummage sales and buy old timey looking (furniture) cabinets and such. She would basically do what you did, sand, paint, stencil, and sometimes add chicken wire. Then she would have a yard sale, she told me that she cleared 2 grand one weekend. But age is catching up with her and she doesn't do it anymore. The pipe stand looks good.

That looks really good. I have 10 of these older pipe racks, six with jars. I might be starting another project after seeing your success.
