Meerschaum Cigar Holder Set of Five : New Coloring Experiment?

I got these five cigar holders from Calabash Pipe World. I love the quality of the carving and in general the materials. Only sad thing is the case is not fitted and is not photogenic.

Since cigar holders will not have cake (Carbon Deposits) it might color even more spectacularly compared to a pipe. Since I smoke cigars everyday they should start to color soon.

I had a meerschaum cigarette holder a long time ago; I would smoke "Class B" cloves in it. Wish I knew where that went to!

I had one. They don't get much smoke exposure unless you smoke the cigar down to nothing. It really didn't color much at all.

I don't smoke such large cigars but I did have a small antique meer holder once, coloured beautifully over ten years or so... until I broke it.

I will leave an air gap, so it might color like a pipe coloring bowl. Let’s see how it goes.

Ten years is a long time! I was hoping something more rapid. Will find out soon.

I don't do 'rapid' colouring..... In my experience, neither does meershaum. Regardless, lovely looking holders!

Too early, but my first cigar tasted about the same but just a wee bit stronger in Nicotine

I have used meerschaum cigarette holders, and they make em so mild I could barely feel any smoke.
