Mystery Dunhills - help to ID

We have a set of Dunhills in the store that we have not been able to identify completely. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I don't know how to post pictures but have some if I can get help with that also.

What's the mystery about them? Worn down markings? Unusual markings? Gotta help us help you 8)
