Toby Ducote (the man behind the New Orleans Pipe Show in 2015) held an initial planning meeting to discuss bringing the New Orleans Pipe Show back sometime in 2024.

Toby has started the search for a location in New Orleans, Metairie or Kenner for the meeting. He is looking at hotels with outside space available for a smoking tent, food & beverage catering and discounted hotel rooms for show attendees. The hotel would also need to have a large meeting room for vendor tables.

He is also looking at banquet/event venues large enough to host the show and with space available for the smoking tent and either catering or space for one or two food trucks.

No firm date has been set but he is looking for a date in the first half of the year.

We will post updates as they become available.

Toby is still looking for a good venue in the New Orleans metro area that would host the pipe show at a reasonable price. It's looking more like the late spring 2025 at the moment.

Thank you. I have a friend in NO who has lived there a while. He said the following:

Tell him he should check out Deutsches Haus for a place with a lot of tables. It is not a hotel. It is the German-American club on Bayou St. John. Ample space and they would love to get the business. It is a new building and it is spic and span. It would get people out of the Bourbon Street zone and the Central Business District, into the real city, able to why people love living here instead of staying in the parts that natives avoid.
