Nice Deal At SP

This pipe caught my eye on the side billboard here. I clicked through to look at it. Briarworks for $110, $104.50 if your a silver level. I'm in no way in the market for a pipe but was so impressed by how nice this one looks and the low price I had to share.

Yeah, I've been tempted to get one. Have a c13 swan neck BW's that I love. Cool looking bulldog.

My 1st thought was "Looks like some of the Ropps made with old stummels and horn stems"
I wonder if that's where the stummels were sourced ?

Just checked the dimensions. Resemblance, yes.

I've bronze with SP.eu, also got 5% with briarworks. Mine smokes great and their wire rustication is one of my favorites while I normally don't like rusticated factory finishes. I can highly recommend them!

Could have doubled/tripled the price, said made by 'so and so artisanal pipe maker', and not raise any eyebrows.

I only have my one Briarworks pipe that I bought around three years ago, and it’s a fantastic smoker. Best mortise/tenon fit up of any pipe I’ve ever owned. I’m not crazy about all of their shapes, but these straight bulldogs are right up my alley. For the price, you’d be hard pressed to do better.

I think it looks great but after seeing the picture you posted of your new Howell Bulldog I'm now spoiled on anything else, except maybe a classic Peterson Bulldog ala Nigel Bruce!

I really enjoy my BriarWorks pipe. It was my fist briar pipe I bought last year I still enjoy it and would like more ?

A Briarworks or Radice is probably gonna be my next briar! This bulldog looks really good. One of the better ones.
