if it happens you'll get your pipe most likely but it can take a while. I had a snus order held up because of metal pocket tin. A few years ago they rewrote some of the rules for tobacco accessories and it's a great example of law. It's a great example because the idea is sound and easy to get behind but the implementation was poor and didn't really give the customs people a clear idea of how to do their job. The basic premise no toxic materials for tobacco devices. Seems to happen less often now but for a while you could almost be sure it would happen.

I think Al Pascia's pipes spend more time in the gift wrapping department then they do in shipping across the pond. If I order something via UPS today, with delivery in the US, it will be five days in transit.
