Pipe identification

I acquired this pipe at an estate for a really good price. It's a great smoker, but internet searches only bring up Peterson system pipes when I do a search. It has "Dublin System" stamped on it and the band has EP in a diamond and NER in a box. Does anyone have a clue as to the maker or any insight? Thanks in advance for any wisdom you can impart.

I thought so as well. Its drilled like a Peterson and the hole on the bit is similar to a p-lip, but not quite the same as the Peterson system I have.
