Pipe Smoking and Facial Hair

I love the smell of my beard after an early in the morning first pipe of the day

I mostly smoke Aro’s and really enjoy the smells they produce.

My wife doesn’t seem to mind one bit either!

Just wondering if others enjoy the smells pipe smoking leaves on their facial hair?
Or do you find it off putting?

So while I may like the thought of random females coming up to me and sniffing my face (I think), I can honestly say that that experience has been somewhat elusive, to date. ?

I’ve been trying to smell my beard, but that’s like touching my elbow to my nose - just can’t do it. I honestly don’t even smell my moist ash. Maybe I retrohale too much. But, I don’t get to enjoy walking around with a scented candle under my nose after smoking. I honestly find it weird that it smells that good to some people. ?‍ It’s not a criticism - I’m glad you enjoy it. I just don’t understand it.

The reek is what it is, comes with the pipe. Mostly I don't notice it, like the stale smoke in the drapes and such. It's just part of the experience.

I enjoy a good beard note, especially with a nice vanilla or maple aromatic. While I enjoy Lakelands, the beard note isn’t good in my opinion. Sort of cat piss-ish.

Truthfully, I've never noticed. My wife, I think similar... she's always liked "the way I smell" but never made any specific mentions of tobacco. Just, "your beard smells nice."

I've had a beard most of my life, so I don't pay much attention to it. I notice it mostly when smoking BCA or something like that, but I don't notice the English blends as much. Probably because of smoking them so much for so many years.

My wife only likes the smell of my beard when I smoke aromatics, she hates the smell of it when I have my Virginia’s and English blends. I’m in the process of trying to catch up with Latakia Dave’s beard. I’ve always had one but this is the first time in years I’ve grown it out long again.

I have a full beard and since I don't smoke inside, room note doesn't do me any good, but I do get the mustache note.
