Need a new stem for one of my teflon push tenon meers. I've talked to several people and none of them offer that service. Any suggestions on who to buy some custom replacement stems from?

I've taken a look at these and these will be a backup but I was looking for people who do custom stemwork. Perhaps I might have to ask for a 9mm filter conversion
