Question on BBB pipes

Can anyone clarify why is that than almost each and every estate BBB pipe I'm seeing listed on internet is sold by Denmark based vendor or private individual ?Likewise most of the GBD pipes what I see for sale are listed in the US despite the fact that this mark was produced in England(and France)

I won't attempt an answer because it depends on which era/time frame your BBB is from, as the goal-posts change with time.

Pre 1920, own make was the more expensive model line as it was turned in UK - but that doesn’t necessarily mean better, as the rest came turned from France.

Post 1920, I haven’t bothered to look.
