I got three compliments on smoking a pipe yesterday. And my guess is that at least two of them would have been grossed out if I was smoking a cig. What is it about pipes that just seems more magical or special to people? Also all college age people.
The worst thing I've had someone say to me about the pipe is move along you're too close to the air intake for this dumb building.

I think it's just that I tend to smoke in more populated areas where people feel more comfortable talking to strangers. I think we look better to the general public then we think.
Oh and thanks. I wish we could double react to post. (a heart and a laugh for example.
