I visit on occasion.
I just got an image of you sitting on your computer looking at tins there... You wife walking into the room and you quickly turning off the screen and saying "I wasn't looking at old tins again I swear it's I swear it's just porn". Probably not even close, but I thought I'd share that bit of madness from my mind.

My wife sometimes suggests I don’t look at stuff I know I won’t buy. I say, where’s the fun in that, besides I might find something I will buy. That may be what she is worried about. JK, she probably has less concern about the money I spend on pipe stuff than I do.

Never have been on the site.
lies. I saw that Auction. It was for one surly Las Vegas based fire investigator. Could have been another one but... What are the chances of that. I was pissed though when they refunded my money and told me that they can't legal do that kind of sale. Plus they lost have their staff trying to package it.
O.k. I made that up.

Never have been on the site.
Your pants are on fire which, considering your job, is a most amusing blend of irony and good fortune.

You're not wrong
See Tim? Honesty is always the best policy. Well, usually the best. Alright, it's a fair policy. Nevermind, it's awful. There it is, honesty. It comes out eventually.

Vegas Baby!!!
I’ve been drinking so I’ll keep this short.

I highly resemble those last remarks. I say remarks, because the original marks were frowned upon by Anthony.

Speaking of which, what does cleopatra have to do with tin bids?

If you love weird old tins, you might enjoy a wider array of weird old advertisements. I think most university libraries still maintain long shelves in the stacks of magazines going back into the Nineteenth Century where you can discover old automobile ads, old medicine ads, old food ads, and tobacco ads and ads of many other kinds.

It's a time machine to the needs, wants, and longings of our great grandparents. They are both familiar and foreign, mystifying and delightful.

tinbids.com seems to be building a little bit of steam... the offerings/activity was pretty sparse for a while. now, however, there seems to be a decent amount of new stuff every day. bought my first items off of the site a few weeks ago.

I like checking out all the old tins but most of them are going for more than I am willing to pay. I guess that I just haven’t found that must have blend yet.
