Unconventional Pipe Racks / Displays

I'm curious as to some other ways to store/display my collection of pipes. I think I might want to do something a little different than the usual wooden rack. Can anyone give me some inspiration ideas?

I plan on doing something like this but with a large slab of live edge...just haven't found the right piece yet.

My brother put up a tool strip above his work bench in his garage to hold his pipes inverted stem down. While I haven't seen it I believe he said its rubber so probably a rubber tool mount,

There's that steakhouse in New York City that has all the clays in the rafters.

That is correct, however, they most often hold more than my Rubios.

I plan on doing the same but will probably just use plywood.

This has given me a great idea for a slab or two of timber that I have. Now to find suitable attachment devices for the pipes.

You could contact the guy in Long Island who has MS and see what he has. I can't recall his name off=hand but he makes pipe racks. As you can expect one of his costs a consider able some of money. I wish I could recall his name but for right now I am totally blank.

I’m pretty sure they’re using these:

This rack started out as antique large hinged sewing spool holder. I removed the dowels and drilled holes. It has served me well as I prefer to store and display my pipes stem down.
